The PH-500A fully automatic high-purity hydrogen generator is a hydrogen generator that has undergone several improvements, excellent performance, and strong practicality by the China HP Analytical Technology Research Institute. The instrument adopts a new technology independently developed by the research institute, which meets the requirements of using any type of gas chromatograph produced by any manufacturer at home and abroad. SPH-500AThe hydrogen generator consists of electrolytic cell, pure water tank, hydrogen/water separator, collector, dryer, sensor, pressure regulating valve, switch power supply and other components. Only electrolyzing pure water can produce hydrogen. After power on, the cathode of the electrolytic cell produces hydrogen gas, the anode produces oxygen gas, and the hydrogen gas enters the hydrogen/water separator. Oxygen is released into the atmosphere. The hydrogen/water separator separates hydrogen and water. After entering the dryer for dehumidification, the hydrogen gas is adjusted to the rated pressure (0.02-0.45Mpa adjustable) through the stabilizing valve and regulating valve and output through the outlet. The hydrogen production pressure of the electrolytic cell is controlled by a sensor at around 0.45Mpa. When the pressure reaches the set value, the power supply to the electrolytic cell is cut off; When the pressure drops below the set value, the power supply resumes.
