Technical Features
Before starting up, no objects should be placed between the upper and lower pressure plates, otherwise it may cause inaccurate displacement.
After completing the self check, press the key to select "Custom Test". Then check if the distance between the pressure plates is consistent with the displayed *. If not, modify the correction data according to [Settings]. (If the data is smaller than the actual value, increase the correction number; otherwise, the opposite is true).
3. The "load" and "preloading" of the sample can be set by pressing the "Set" button multiple times.
4. Prepare a sample size of 10mm x 10mm
5. Stack 4 layers of samples (about 8mm) and place them in the middle of the lower pressure plate. Press the [Test] button to quickly raise the lower pressure plate. After contacting the sample, apply pressure at a test speed of 5mm/min. When the pressure reaches 1 kilogram, record the thickness T0. Continue applying pressure until the force reaches the set pressure (within the range of 1-200 kilograms) and the set time, stop and record the thickness T1
6. Users can set the loading time as needed, and after reaching the loading time, press the [Test] button. The lower pressure plate will move in reverse at a speed of 5mm/min to unload the pressure. When the pressure decreases to 1 kilogram, record the thickness as T2
7. Position the lower pressure plate to its initial position
