The Gallios flow cytometer adopts a new optical path and digital signal processing design concept, pioneering the flow cytometer: a card slot laser design that facilitates laser integration. *The internal temperature control system of the instrument ensures that the detection results are not affected by external environment; The ultra sensitive detection of three forward light detection angles can clearly distinguish various sizes of micro particles. Simultaneously possessing 20 bit signal processing capability and ultra-high digital signal processing at 40MHz, it can perform 10 color fluorescence analysis simultaneously at high speed.

The temperature of the environment can affect the optical path system of the instrument, with an impact of over 25% on the average fluorescence intensity and CV, especially in logarithmic detection. Gallios has an internal temperature adjustment function, and the instrument is always at a constant temperature preset by the engineer during debugging. The CV and sensitivity are always maintained well, ensuring the accuracy and comparability of the results.

Gallios has three forward light detection angles for collecting scattered light. The smaller angle of 1-8 degrees (N) is better for detecting larger particles of 8-40 μ m. A larger angle of 1-19 degrees (W) is better for particle detection of 0.5-10 μ m. Meanwhile, Gallios also has a wider detection angle (W2) for detecting ultrafine particles, which can clearly distinguish between 0.4 μ m and 0.5 μ m as well as background noise.
