It mainly consists of a solution tank, a mixing tank (with a stirrer), a metering pump, a level gauge, an electric control cabinet, pipelines, valves, safety valves, check valves, pressure gauges, filters, bases, escalators, etc. (can be configured according to actual user requirements).
According to the required concentration of the medication, prepare it in a mixing tank, mix it evenly with a mixer, and then put it into a solution tank. Use a metering pump (dosing pump) to deliver the prepared solution to the dosing point or system. The complete dosing device has the characteristics of compact structure, simple safety, and easy operation and use. The device can also be designed and configured with necessary components according to the requirements of different process flows of users, achieving functional suitability (such as automatic remote control) and economic practicality.

1. When users choose a dosing device, they first determine the specifications based on the amount of solution needed by the system (including metering pump parameters, mixing tank volume, solution tank volume, and on-site conditions), and then determine the dosing method based on the dosing situation (usually using the "one in use, one backup" method);
