This instrument uses the Soxhlet extraction principle and weight measurement method to determine fat content. This instrument mainly consists of three parts: heating extraction, solvent recovery, and cooling. Especially in the heating device, after improvement, the heating of other similar products (oil and electric heating plates) has been changed to water bath heating, so that the temperature of the sample is balanced during heating, soaking, and extraction, reducing ethanol leakage and achieving the goal of rapid determination.
