working principle

When you adjust the range screw to a specific set point, the range spring applies a downward force on the top to control the diaphragm. This downward force opens the supply valve. The output pressure flows through the outlet and the suction pipe to the control room when it is at the bottom of the control diaphragm. When the set point is reached, apply force to control the diaphragm to balance the output pressure acting on the bottom of the diaphragm, and close the supply valve. When the output pressure exceeds the set point, the diaphragm component moves upward to close the supply valve and open the exhaust valve. The output pressure flows through the exhaust valve and the vent on the side of the device until it reaches the set point. For more information, please refer to the cross-sectional diagram.
