The above figure shows the structure diagram of the three formula FJX forced circulation pump.

FJX type forced circulation pump is a chemical pump that is matched with an evaporator to form a circulating evaporation of chemical materials and crystallize them into particles. It is mainly used in industries such as diaphragm caustic soda, phosphoric acid, vacuum salt production, lactic acid, calcium lactate, alumina, titanium dioxide, calcium chloride, ammonium chloride, sodium chlorate, sugar production, molten salt, papermaking, and wastewater for evaporation, concentration, and cooling. To improve equipment production capacity and increase the heat transfer coefficient of heat exchangers for forced circulation.

The FJX evaporative circulation pump does not rely on the centrifugal force of the impeller to transport liquid, but uses the thrust of the rotating impeller blades to make the transported liquid flow along the pump shaft direction, hence it is also known as an axial flow pump.

When the pump shaft is driven to rotate by the electric motor, the blades have a certain helix angle with the pump shaft axis, which generates thrust (or lift) on the liquid, pushing it out and discharging it along the discharge pipe. After the liquid is pushed out, a local vacuum is formed at its original position, and the liquid outside will be sucked into the impeller along the inlet pipe under the action of atmospheric pressure. As long as the impeller continues to rotate, the pump can continuously suck in and discharge liquid.
