FGJ type vertical evaporative crystallization circulation pump

The FGL vertical evaporative crystallization axial flow pump is a new generation of energy-saving high-temperature molten salt axial flow pump product developed by our company based on market demand, utilizing our existing experience in producing vertical chemical axial flow pumps and high-temperature molten salt submersible pumps, and absorbing the advantages of foreign industry technology. Mainly used in industrial processes such as phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, maleic anhydride, acrylic acid, fumaric acid, melamine, refrigerants, aluminum and magnesium industries, as well as in industries such as rubber and plastics to transport high-temperature liquids such as sodium salts, potassium salts, and alkalis that are prone to crystallization.

The FGL vertical chemical forced circulation pump is a single-stage cantilever structure with a reasonable structure, good anti cavitation performance, and high reliability. The design pressure of the pump is 10 bar, and the temperature of the conveying medium is~+120 ℃. Used for conveying media containing solid particles in high flow, low head evaporation circulation stations, it is the preferred pump type for the phosphate compound fertilizer industry.
