1. The instrument obtains the frequency value of the measured water flow velocity through its flow velocity data acquisition component, processes and converts it into corresponding flow velocity data, and displays and stores it.

2. The instrument can communicate with a microcomputer to transmit the collected data to the microcomputer for storage and processing.
