Usage: 1. Installation method of force gauge: 1) Sensor built-in type: Thread the 4-M6 screw into the 4- φ 6.2 hole of the fixing block, insert one washer in each thread direction, and tighten it with the 4-M6 thread on the force gauge mounting plate. The force gauge mounting holes on the force gauge mounting plate are divided into two groups, 30x145 and 40x90, respectively. Users can determine according to their own needs.
2) External sensor: Insert the 2-M8 screw into the 2- φ 8.5 hole of the fixing block and tighten it with the 2-M8 screw on the connecting rod. Insert the M12 nut into the through-hole of the connecting rod and tighten it with the sensor. The operating system can be installed on the external load cell mounting plate.
2. Instructions for using the control panel: 1) Power switch: When the button is pressed, the power is turned on, and when pressed again, the power is disconnected. 2) Speed operation: Due to the different requirements of the tested object and the user, when adjusting the speed controller knob, the movement speed of the carrier is 60-300mm/min.
3. Function operation: Manual/Automatic. When turning the knob manually to move the carrier, press and hold the UP or DOWN button. If disconnected, the movement will stop. When the knob is turned automatically, press the UP or DOWN button directly to move the carrier.
4. Height adjustment of the dynamometer: There are M8 locking screws on both sides of the SG vertical machine fixing block. First, loosen the M8 locking screws, move the fixing block up or down to the desired height, and then tighten the M8 screws.
5. Travel adjustment: The cross groove screw on the guide column is 1 of the maximum travel, and the limit sleeve is the travel adjustment sleeve required by the user for measurement.
Counter usage method: Above the counter is a digital display screen that records the number of tests, below is a preset button (1-4 on the left), and 1 on the right is a magnification button (1X, 10X, 100X). For example, if a user conducts continuous testing on a certain product with a test frequency of 5 and a magnification of 10X, the test rack will reciprocate 10 times and the display screen will show 1. After running 50 times, it will automatically stop. If you need to test again, press the stop button.
