ZXDA series pneumatic actuator: The ZXDA series pneumatic actuator is designed to solve the problem of manual valves in use. It can drive matching nominal diameter valves through different valve supports and directly install pipeline systems to achieve local/remote automatic control of valves. Featuring reliable design, standardized configuration, smooth operation, short opening/closing time, protection function in case of signal interruption, and equipped with pneumatic/manual conversion device for energy failure.

1. Pneumatic

Open the balance valve, turn off the gas source,Easily turn the handwheel and gradually move the handle to the manual finger position;Rotate the handwheel to close the valve counterclockwise and open the valve clockwise.

2. Manual --->Pneumatic (when there is a gas source)

Open the gas source and close the balance valve;

Easily rotate the handwheel, and the handle will return to the position of the pneumatic finger, which means the valve will be automatically controlled.

It is strictly prohibited to strike or impact the handle

1. Utilize a single compact design with double acting and spring like style and end caps. This feature reduces inventory and domain conversion, and can be added or removed through modular spring boxes.

2. Visual position indication and multifunctional position indicator with popular sensors installed in a direct, convenient, and economical manner.

3. Multiple bearings and pistons with precise operation, low friction, high cycle life, and precise guidance of the small gear shaft frame.

4. Modular pre installed spring box with simple universality, higher safety, and corrosion-resistant coating spring design.

5. The positioning of the piston rack and pinion shaft is accurate, with low clearance, and the machining teeth are caused by the overall efficient operation.

6. Chemical nickel plated steel wire, guide bearing, single piece small gear shaft with improved safety and cycle life.

7. Choosing high-quality bearings and seals provides a wide operating temperature range, low friction, and high cycle life.

8. Long term corrosion-resistant stainless steel fasteners for both internal and external use.

9. All meet the following specifications: ISO 5211, DIN 3337, and VDI/VDE 3845 certifications for product interchangeability and easy to install solenoid valves, limit switches, and other accessories.
