This series of instruments adopts surface mount technology, and is designed with multiple protection and isolation designs. It has passed EMC electromagnetic compatibility testing, with strong resistance and high reliability, and has a high cost-effectiveness.
This series of intelligent digital display instruments has multiple types of input programmable functions. One instrument can be matched with different input signals (thermocouple/thermistor/linear voltage/linear current/linear resistance/frequency, etc.), and the display range, alarm control, etc. can be set by the user on site. It can be used in conjunction with various sensors and transmitters to achieve measurement, display, adjustment, alarm control, data acquisition and recording of physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, capacity, force, etc. Its scope of application is very wide.
The intelligent digital display instrument displays the measured value (PV) and set value (SV) with dual row or single row four position LED, and simulates the percentage of measured value with single or dual color light column. It also has zero and full correction, cold end compensation, digital filtering, communication interface, four alarm modes, and can be equipped with 1-4 relay alarm outputs. It can also be equipped with transmission outputs or standard communication interfaces (RS485 or RS232C) outputs.

The integrated instrument chip has more reliable anti-interference and stability.
*Signal input can be matched with commonly used thermal signals through menu settings.
The display range, transmission output range, alarm value, and alarm mode can be modified online.
The anti-interference mode combining software and hardware effectively suppresses on-site interference signals.

Automatic compensation for thermocouple cold junction temperature and thermal resistance lead resistance.

2、 Technical indicators
1. Display method: Display the measured value (PV) and set value (SV) using dual row or single row four digit LEDs, and simulate the percentage of measured value using a single or dual color light column.
Display range: -1999 to 9999.
Measurement accuracy: ± 0.2% FS ± 1 word or 0.5% FS ± 1 word; ± 0.1% FS ± 1 word (requires special customization).

Input signal:
Thermocouples: K, E, S, B, J, T, R, N; The automatic compensation range for cold end temperature is 0-50 ℃, with a compensation accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
Thermal resistance: Pt100, Cu100, Cu50, BA2, BA1; The compensation range for lead resistance is ≤ 15 Ω.
DC voltage: 0-20mV, 0-75mV, 0-20mV, 0-5V, 1-5V; 0-10V (required for ordering, incompatible with other signals).
DC current: 0-10mA, 0-20mA, 4-20mA.
Linear resistance: 0-400 Ω (remote pressure gauge).
Frequency: 0.1Hz-10KHz. (This function needs to be separate and is not compatible with other signal inputs).
Transmission output accuracy: same as measurement accuracy.
Analog input impedance: current signal Ri=100 Ω; voltage signal Ri=500K Ω.
Simulated output load capacity:
Current signal: Ro ≤ 750 Ω for 4-20mA output; Ro ≤ 1.5K Ω for 0-10mA output.
Voltage signal: The input impedance Ri of the external instrument is required to be ≥ 250K Ω, otherwise the output accuracy after connecting the external instrument cannot be guaranteed.
