Accurate adjustment is a comprehensive control method for systematically matching the servo drive system software of a dual head CNC lathe with the dragged mechanical structure. The method is very simple, using a multi line recorder or a dual track oscilloscope with storage function to observe the response correlation between command and rate feedback or current feedback. By controlling the proportional coefficient and integration time of the rate controller, the servo control system can achieve a Z-optimal working state with high dynamic response characteristics without oscillation. In the absence of a digital oscilloscope or recorder on site, based on experience, control the motor of the dual head CNC lathe to start oscillating, and then slowly control it in the opposite direction until the oscillation is eliminated.
