The filling amount is controlled by PLC, and the size of the filling amount can be adjusted on the touch screen. The filling positioning method adopts computer counting and cylinder positioning. The liquid level of the material bucket is controlled by electronic induction and automatic control to ensure self flow pressure and filling accuracy. All parts of the machine in contact with the liquid are made of acid resistant plates and polyester tetrafluoroethylene. This machine is designed with a compact structure.
