DDSY-1521 Single phase Prepaid Energy Meter (Compact)

1. Overview

DDSY1521 single-phase electronic prepaid energy meter, produced according to GB/T18460-2001 standard, is used to measure single-phase AC active energy with a rated frequency of 50Hz (or 60Hz) and a rated voltage of 220V. The energy meter also has a prepaid management function. The energy meter adopts specialized large-scale integrated circuits and SMT technology for measuring electrical energy to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability, and uses ultra-high brightness LED displays.

3. Main functions of the product

3.1 Measurement function

An electric energy meter can measure positive and negative active energy, and negative energy is accumulated in the positive direction.

3.2 Output Function

3.2.1 The electric energy meter adopts a passive isolation type power pulse output interface, and the pulse output waveform is a rectangular wave.

3.2.2 The electric energy meter has the function of outputting electricity pulses, which are indicated by LED light emitting diodes.

3.3 Prepaid management function

The energy meter can be used in conjunction with the PC power sales system to achieve prepaid management functions. The design of the power sales software and energy meter functions strictly follows the GB/T18460-2001 standard and has been mass-produced for a long time. The power sales software and energy meter functions have high stability.

3.3.1 Voltage

The reference voltage is Un=220VAC, and the operating voltage range is 145VAC~265VAC (it can withstand 24 hours under 420VAC voltage without damaging the energy meter).

3.3.2 Current: See Table 1.

3.3.3 Voltage line power consumption: Under reference voltage, reference temperature, and reference frequency, the active power and apparent power of the voltage line shall not exceed 0.5W, 6VA.

3.3.4 Startup and stealth

3.3.4.1 Start up: Under the conditions of reference voltage, reference frequency, and power factor of COS φ=1.0, when the load current is 4 ‰ Ib, the energy meter can continuously measure electrical energy (directly connected to 4 ‰ reference current, and transformer connected to 2 ‰ reference current).

3.3.4.2 Stealth: The electric energy meter has a logic anti creep circuit. When a reference voltage of 115% is applied to the voltage circuit and the current circuit is disconnected, there is no electric energy pulse output.

3.4 Operating Environment

Normal operating temperature range: -30 ℃ to+60 ℃; Extreme working temperature range: -40 ℃ to+70 ℃.

Normal working relative humidity: ≤ 85%; Maximum working relative humidity: ≤ 95%.
