3、 Operation precautions

1. The vacuum pump of the continuous vacuum packaging machine must be connected to cooling water to ensure the quality and safe operation of the heat sealing equipment when working continuously for more than thirty minutes.

2. When the equipment stops, the vacuum pump should be turned off promptly and the main power should be turned off

3. To ensure better sealing quality, adjust the heating time to achieve the specified vacuum degree before heat sealing. Otherwise, it is difficult to guarantee the sealing quality and may cause the heating element to burn out due to insufficient pressure on the heating plate.

4. The heat sealing plate and silicone strip on the sealed heating plate must not adhere to any foreign objects, and the workspace should be kept clean to avoid affecting the sealing quality and shortening the service life.

5. Pay attention to electrical safety, do not conduct live inspections and repairs, and do not disassemble without specialized personnel.
