Equipment working principle:
Each household sewage is collected in a collection tank, and a grille is installed at the inlet of the collection tank to remove large particulate and fibrous impurities from the sewage. The slag intercepted by the grille is regularly manually removed and transported. The sewage in the collection tank is automatically sent to the sewage regulation tank through the collection tank. In the sewage regulation tank, the sewage flow is evenly distributed, the water volume is regulated, and the organic matter is preliminarily degraded. Then, the domestic sewage is input into the domestic sewage treatment system through the sewage pump. The domestic sewage treatment system consists of an anoxic tank, a contact oxidation tank, a sedimentation tank, and a disinfection discharge water tank. In the anoxic tank, the original sewage and reflux mixture are thoroughly mixed, and denitrification and denitrification are carried out through the action of facultative microorganisms. The contact oxidation tank is a biological treatment device that mainly uses biofilm method and also has activated sludge method. It provides oxygen source through a blower to fully contact the organic matter in the sewage with the biofilm in the tank. Through microbial adsorption and degradation, the water quality is purified. The effluent from the contact oxidation tank flows automatically into the sedimentation tank to remove the peeled biofilm and activated sludge. The effluent from the sedimentation tank meets the first level standard of the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard.
The sludge in the sedimentation tank is discharged into the sludge tank through air stripping for aerobic digestion. The remaining sludge after digestion is very small, and it is removed every three months by environmental sanitation trucks for transportation, effectively avoiding secondary pollution.
