The JUPITER series closed high-throughput microwave digestion/extraction workstation is a product of Shanghai Xinyi's "battle hardened" series. It integrates multiple patented technologies and is fully developed based on Shanghai Xinyi's nearly 30 years of research and production experience. It is widely applicable to special applications under conventional laboratory conditions and extreme conditions, and has the characteristics of safe operation, convenient and efficient operation, and durability. The aerospace composite fiber outer tank, patented vertical quantitative blasting sealed digestion tank, simple and intelligent operation software, and sturdy and corrosion-resistant industrial grade furnace cavity all reflect Shanghai Xinyi's pursuit of excellence and continuous breakthroughs in technology, processes, and materials.

2、 Product comprehensive technical characteristics

High strength aerospace composite fiber outer tank, balancing mechanical strength and anti-corrosion ability
The high-strength aerospace composite fiber outer tank Xtra Fiber has the characteristics of being unbreakable, unbreakable, and tear resistant. Its comprehensive performance in pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and other aspects is superior to traditional PEEK material outer tanks. PFA spray coating completely wraps the composite fibers, providing excellent corrosion resistance (especially at the edge of the outer tank). The compressive strength can reach 70MPa (about 10000psi), and the temperature resistance is 600 ℃, ensuring the safety of users in extreme situations.

Safety Bolt design for safety relief tablets, achieving quantitative safety relief while fully enclosed digestion
Based on nearly 30 years of industry experience, Shanghai Xinyi adopts a SafetyBolt structural design to ensure that the digestion tank is completely sealed and leak free under normal working conditions. In case of overpressure, the pressure relief plate automatically lifts to complete the pressure relief, ensuring safe operation. Under normal operating conditions, the safety relief tablet will not rupture and does not require replacement, there are no consumables, and there is no risk of leakage.

Durable industrial grade furnace chamber+safe explosion-proof buffer furnace door, ensuring the personal safety of operators
The sturdy and corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel furnace chamber has a wall thickness of over 3mm, which can effectively absorb impacts in special situations and protect personnel safety. The inner and outer double-sided multi-layer PFA spray coating prevents corrosion of the furnace chamber by acid mist, extends the service life of the furnace chamber, and has a 5-year warranty commitment. Safe explosion-proof buffer furnace door, making operation more reassuring and safe.


Uni Turn technology synchronous rotation technology improves instrument reliability
By adopting Uni Turn technology, the upper temperature and pressure sensor and rotor can rotate synchronously, ensuring high-precision temperature and pressure measurement while avoiding sensor entanglement, effectively reducing motor load, and improving instrument reliability.

Secure PC remote control, user-friendly and easy to operate software interface, capable of displaying real-time changes in parameters such as temperature, pressure, and microwave power during the digestion process, intuitively presenting the experimental process. The digestion plan, experimental data, etc. can be stored infinitely, making it convenient for users to use and access data. Meanwhile, remote control of the workstation can be achieved through computer connection, such as editing experimental methods, starting/terminating experiments, changing time and power parameters, etc.


Efficient magnetron non pulse frequency conversion technology, precise temperature control
This series of products adopts high-efficiency magnetron and microwave power automatic non pulse frequency conversion technology, achieving precise closed-loop control of temperature and pressure, while improving the microwave emission efficiency of magnetron, energy saving and high efficiency. The high-throughput digestion capacity of 12 cans per batch improves the efficiency of laboratory sample processing. The independent frame JP-100 digestion tank and the high-strength alloy turntable integrated frame JK-100 digestion tank can be flexibly selected to meet the application needs of different applications.
