Centrifugal concentration is a process used to evaporate solvents from concentrated or dried biological (non biological) samples. The samples processed by centrifugal concentration can be easily used for various qualitative and quantitative analyses in chemistry, biochemistry, biological analysis, immune screening, and instrument analysis. The TNG series product technology integrates centrifugation, vacuum pumping, and heating to effectively evaporate multiple solvents to meet laboratory needs.
Centrifugation: produces sedimentation, prevents boiling and sample loss, and facilitates recovery.
Vacuum pumping: keep the sample in an environment below room temperature to prevent the heat sensitive sample from losing activity and oxidation.
Heat: In the absence of external heat, aqueous solutions will freeze during the concentration process, and the evaporation rate of the sample can be accelerated by internal and external radiation heating. Thermal radiation is the most effective method of transferring heat to the sample under high vacuum conditions.
