Casting steel balls

Casting steel balls (casting grinding balls) is a process of heating waste materials such as scrap steel and scrap iron using a medium frequency electric furnace to fully melt the furnace materials. During the melting process of the furnace materials, precious metal alloys (such as chromium iron, manganese iron, vanadium iron, etc.) are added to the furnace for chemical composition quenching and tempering. After the temperature of the molten iron reaches 1550 ℃ or above and meets the process requirements, qualified molten iron is poured into the steel ball mold or steel ball production line mold. In this way, the steel balls melted by casting are called cast steel balls.
