The CUV-ALL-UV 4-WAY colorimetric dish holder is equipped with four quartz collimating lenses with an aperture of f/2. Each collimating lens is equipped with a fiber optic connector, which is connected to the fiber optic to read or illuminate the sample. When used in conjunction with a spectrometer and light source, CUV-ALL-UV is capable of measuring absorbance, fluorescence, scattering, or any combination of optical phenomena.
The CUV-ALL-UV collimator is an excellent choice for measuring distances between 200 nm and 2500 nm. Lenses can be used for 'through' measurements, as well as scattering or fluorescence measurements. (Sometimes users may want to adjust the collimating lens to accurately locate the fiber within the focal length of the lens.)
CUV-ALL-UV test tube holder can hold 1cmcuvette, The CUV-ALL-UV test tube holder has an adjustable spring piston, and the test tube is placed in the adjustable spring piston, adjacent to two reference planes. The CUV-ALL-UV colorimetric dish holder also has a built-in filter slit, which is particularly effective when using high pass filters for fluorescence measurements.
Variable positioning:
CUV-ALL-UV offers several options: two collimators are used to measure the absorbance/transmittance of a sample. Two collimators can also be used for fluorescence measurement. Two synchronizers can also be used to measure the absorbance/transmittance and fluorescence of the same sample simultaneously. The collimating lens can be removed from the bracket and can be used independently on any fixture that requires fiber optic coupling for online transmittance measurement.

The usable range of the colorimetric dish holder is 200-2500nm. For example, although the optimal range for the lens is 200-2000nm, our spectrometer can also adjust it to be used at 200-1100nm. Generally speaking, it is recommended to use a large diameter (>100 um) lighting fiber.
