Performance and structural characteristics of machine tools
MGK1332 and MGK1432 high-precision CNC (universal) cylindrical grinding machines are high-end CNC machine tool products developed by our company based on years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and using CNC grinding machines, as well as new technologies. *The layout of the mechatronics integrated structure, overall protection, and easy maintenance meet the requirements of ergonomics.
*The grinding wheel spindle adopts a sleeve type dynamic static pressure spindle system, which has the characteristics of high rotation accuracy and strong rigidity.
*Two axis linkage feed, the worktable (Z-axis) and grinding wheel holder (X-axis) are both driven by AC servo ball screw pairs, with a minimum setting unit of 0.1 μ m.
*Multiple forms of diamond dressing devices can be selected (installed on the back of the headstock) to achieve precise dressing of complex grinding wheel surfaces and automatic compensation.
*Configure imported or domestically produced active measuring devices to achieve full closed-loop control of grinding processing.
*Adopting advanced imported CNC system, it has comprehensive control functions such as grinding process program transformation, workpiece quality management, machine tool status monitoring, fault self diagnosis, and abnormal alarm. The menu interface is easy to input.
