4、 Ventilation aging test box panel and appearance description

Method for measuring air exchange rate

This method is based on JISK7212, which measures the air exchange rate of the aging furnace from the consumption of electricity.

Measurement device: In the figure, the air exchange rate is obtained by measuring the power consumption with an air exchange meter.

Measurement:

1. Close the door and air inlet of the aging furnace.

2. Turn on the power to heat the temperature around the slot to 80 °± 2 ° C and stabilize it.

3. After at least 30 minutes of temperature stabilization(After about 60 minutes, turn on the switch and pay attention not to measure the heat distribution of the aging furnace before it reaches stability.

4. Set the timer of the air exchange measurement system to 30 minutes.

5. First, turn on the 'Air Exchange Calculation Power Switch', and then press the 'Air Exchange Calculation Start Switch'

6. Reset the 'digital watt hour meter' to 0 and start automatically measuring

7. After 30 minutes of the above operation, the power consumption will be displayed on the wattmeter. Multiply this value by twice and insert it into the aging furnace to calculate the Y value without ventilation.

8. Open the ventilation hole to allow it to ventilate for at least 30 minutes, as described above.

9. Return the 'digital watt hour meter' to '0' and press the 'air exchange calculation start switch'. After 30 minutes, the consumed electricity will also be displayed on the 'digital watt hour meter'. Then double this value, which is the X value of the calculation formula for air exchange. Calculate the number of air exchanges N based on the values of Y and X.

10. If the required N value is not the desired value, adjust the intake knob and then correct the calculated N value based on its X value.

N=3590(X-Y)/(VxDx △ T)

N: Equivalent to one hour of air exchange.

X: Electricity consumption during ventilation W

Y: Electricity consumption without ventilation W

V: Total volume inside the aging furnace (L)

D: Density of air around the aging furnace (g/L, refer to Appendix A)

△ T: Temperature difference inside and outside the aging furnace.
