Usage Overview:
This series of resistance furnaces is designed for periodic operation and is used in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research institutions, and universities for element analysis and heating during quenching, annealing, tempering, and other heat treatments of general small steel parts. High temperature furnaces can also be used for high-temperature heating such as sintering, dissolution, and analysis of metals and ceramics.
1. The shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate and treated with surface spraying technology. The furnace door adopts a side opening structure for flexible opening and closing.
2. Using silicon carbon rods as heating elements, directly installed in the furnace, with high heat utilization efficiency.
3. This series of resistance furnace insulation materials use lightweight foam insulation bricks and aluminum silicate fiber cotton, so that its heat storage and thermal conductivity can be reduced, resulting in the shortening of furnace heat storage and temperature rise time, low surface temperature rise, low empty furnace loss rate, and greatly reduced power consumption.
4. Controllers are divided into intelligent and microcomputer multi band temperature control types.
