1、 Working principle
Static tensile test

Dynamic tensile test
1. The standard stipulates that the sample fixture can automatically stretch and reset the sample, with a stretching frequency of 0.5 ± 0.025Hz. The two ends of the sample are clamped on the fixture, and the sample is cyclically stretched from 0 to a higher elongation rate. The fixture is installed on a rotating sample holder.
2. The sample rack speed is between (20-25) mm/S, at a temperature of (40 ± 2) ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 65%, and at the specified ozone concentration.
3. The fixture undergoes cyclic stretching and resetting, and rotates along with the sample holder for testing.
4. Check the cracking condition of the sample after the specified time. The general selection of ozone concentration is (50 ± 5) × 10-8.
5. Dynamic tensile testing is divided into continuous dynamic tensile testing and intermittent dynamic tensile testing.
2、 Control system
The temperature, humidity and concentration control part of the equipment adopts the PLC programmable controller imported from Taiwan, China, which is simple in programming, stable in temperature, humidity and concentration control, and large screen touch screen display and operation. The main electrical components of the equipment, such as circuit breakers, AC contactors, and small relays, are all made of Schneider brand, while other electrical accessories are made in China.
The time controller of the equipment controls the time required for the experiment and is easy to operate. When the device reaches the set time of operation, it automatically stops the test and enters a state of equilibrium to cool down.

6、 Structure of ozone aging test chamber
1. The ozone aging test equipment is made of high-quality materials, and the surface of the shell is treated with spray coating, which is beautiful and smooth.
2. The inner liner is designed to be a sealed space without direct sunlight during operation, where samples can be placed for aging tests. It can maintain a constant temperature difference of ± 2 ℃ during testing and is made of imported high-quality stainless steel plates.
3. The indoor sample racks, fixtures, conduits, and other accessories are made of materials such as stainless steel and aluminum that are not easily decomposed by ozone and affect ozone concentration.
4. The lifting height, frequency, and amplitude of the dynamic sample holder can be adjusted. The sample holder can rotate 360 degrees with adjustable speed.
5. Set a transparent window at a reasonable position on the box door to observe changes in the indoor sample.
6. The observation window adopts multi-layer hollow tempered glass, which has the advantages of transparency, heat insulation, and is not prone to steam frosting.
7. The interlayer between the inner and outer shells of the ozone aging test equipment is filled with high-density glass fiber cotton to ensure that the box will not experience excessive temperature fluctuations due to temperature conduction, and the temperature of the sample will remain constant throughout the test process.
8. The ozone aging test equipment uses a long axis fan motor for stirring and a stainless steel multi blade impeller that is resistant to high and low temperatures to achieve strong convection and vertical diffusion circulation, ensuring uniform and stable temperature in the laboratory.
9. A double-layer high-temperature resistant high tensile sealing strip is used between the door and the box to ensure the sealing of the testing area. Using non reactive door handles makes operation easier.
10. Set one or more testing holes in a reasonable position on the left side of the box, which can be connected to external testing power or signal lines. The arrangement of hole diameter or number of holes should be indicated by the user.
11. High quality fixed PU movable wheels are installed at the bottom of the machine, which can easily move the machine to a position and fix the casters afterwards.
