Bearing fault detectorIt is a machine condition monitoring instrument based on microprocessor design, with vibration monitoring, bearing condition analysis, and infrared temperature measurement functions.The bearing fault detector can measure vibration acceleration, velocity, and displacement values. When maintaining the vibration velocity reading, the instrument immediately compares the built-in ISO vibration standard and automatically indicates the machine alarm status.
Yatai Optoelectronics YVZ series computer bearing fault measuring instrument is a portable and intelligent detection instrument. The instrument adopts the widely used impact pulse principle in the world and is dedicated to detecting the status of moving rolling bearings (can quantitatively detect the degree of damage, lubrication status, and installation status of rolling bearings in operation). It is easy to operate and automatically indicates the status alarm. It is very suitable for on-site equipment operation and maintenance personnel to monitor the equipment status, timely detect problems, and ensure the normal and reliable operation of the equipment.

1. The YVZ series bearing fault detector only requires a small amount of data input to provide a description of the bearing's operating condition. Provide lubrication status data (lubrication number LUB NO.) and damage degree data (damage number COND NO.) for bearings
