Product Composition

The bean cleaning production line consists of a wind screen cleaning machine, a magnetic soil selection machine, a specific gravity stone removal machine, a specific gravity selection machine, a polishing machine, a vibration grading screen, a quantitative packaging scale, a pulse dust collector, a bag filter, a hoist, and other accessories.

working principle

The raw grain is first subjected to a wind screen cleaning machine to remove light, large, and small impurities. Then, it is subjected to a magnetic separator, stone removal machine, and specific gravity machine to remove impurities such as soil blocks, stones, and moldy particles inside. After that, it enters a polishing machine for friction to make it more shiny, and then enters a grading screen to be divided into large, medium, and small particles. Finally, it is quantitatively packaged according to different packaging needs.
