The MSK-TE935 vertical power battery needle punching and extrusion integrated machine is an equipment that can be applied to the extrusion testing and needle punching testing processes of power batteries for electric vehicles. This device uses servo motors as driving components and can be equipped with dedicated fixtures to fix batteries and working heads. It can achieve testing of various cylinders, aluminum shells, soft packs, and large power cells. Design PC-BASE data acquisition software that can continuously collect, store, and analyze various experimental data. Thoughtful safety design, double-layer sheet metal structure, explosion-proof observation window, back design with reserved exhaust gas discharge, and remote control.

  • Applicable to GB/T31485-2015 standard, capable of conducting single cell compression or needle puncture testing for power batteries;
  • The dual mode of squeezing and needling functions can be freely switched, and the replacement of the working head can be easily achieved;

  • The needling function can set the needling depth and holding time within the stroke range;
