The MSK-TE935 vertical power battery needle punching and extrusion integrated machine is an equipment that can be applied to the extrusion testing and needle punching testing processes of power batteries for electric vehicles. This device uses servo motors as driving components and can be equipped with dedicated fixtures to fix batteries and working heads. It can achieve testing of various cylinders, aluminum shells, soft packs, and large power cells. Design PC-BASE data acquisition software that can continuously collect, store, and analyze various experimental data.
