The automatic trace residual carbon analyzer is used to measure the residues formed by the evaporation and pyrolysis of petroleum products at high temperatures. To estimate the approximate trend of carbonaceous sediment formation under similar degradation conditions, and to provide an indicator of the relative coking tendency of petroleum products. 2、 Summary of Experimental Methods

Place the weighed sample into a sample tube and heat it up to 500 ℃ in an inert gas (nitrogen) atmosphere according to the prescribed temperature program. The volatile substances generated during the reaction process are carried away by nitrogen gas, and the remaining carbonaceous residue accounts for the percentage of the original sample. Report the trace residual carbon value.

4、 Performance and features:

1Using a digital program temperature controller for temperature control, the temperature control accuracy is high, and the temperature display is intuitive and clear.

2Heat up to 500 ℃ at a rate of 10-15 ℃/min and automatically maintain a constant temperature. Then automatically cut off the heating power supply of the furnace to allow it to cool down naturally.

3It can automatically switch between two sets of nitrogen flow rates of 600mL/min and 150mL/min pre-set, and automatically control the blowing time without manual monitoring, which is very convenient.

4The connection method of the air inlet adopts a quick connector, which is easy to install and disassemble.
