The system consists of Apodius Explorer 3D measurement software and HP-C-V3D Apodius optical sensor hardware, designed specifically for the Hexagon articulated arm measuring machine (with built-in laser type), and can be used perfectly together. The system projects the recorded local fiber angles and actual surface texture images onto the acquired component geometric features, providing three-dimensional fiber orientation measurement and comparing it with simulated or design data.
