The anti-corrosion potential measuring instrument is an advanced, handheld portable measuring instrument mainly used to measure and diagnose the degree of corrosion of metal components, and is widely used in cathodic protection engineering.
Taking cathodic protection as an example, cathodic protection is a corrosion prevention method based on the principle of electrochemical corrosion. By applying an external electromotive force, the corrosion potential of the electrode is shifted towards a lower oxidation potential, thereby reducing the corrosion rate. Sacrificial anode cathodic protection is the process of connecting or welding negative potential metals such as aluminum, zinc, or magnesium to metal structures. The anode material is continuously consumed, and the released current is supplied to the protected metal structure to polarize the cathode, thereby achieving protection.
In order to know the actual status of this protective measure, the value of the anti-corrosion potential measuring instrument can be directly reflected. For example, in practice, the protective potential of steel is often taken as -0.850V (saturated copper sulfate electrode), which means that when the metal is at a more negative potential than -0.850V (saturated copper sulfate electrode), the metal is protected and corrosion can be ignored.
With this instrument, other metal materials such as aluminum and bronze can also be measured, and the protective potential threshold can be set arbitrarily. The potential data can be recorded, modified, or deleted for easy data collection, analysis, and long-term accumulation.
Product Data Management System:
According to the requirements of the anti-corrosion potential detection system, a data management system has been specially developed, mainly used for the collection, storage, and subsequent processing of potential measurement data. The entire software consists of a main program, related instruction files, and data files.

1. Collect data, classify, annotate, and save it;
2. Query and statistics, and display them in a list or graphical format. The graphics can be saved or printed;
3. Collect historical data and print it out in report format;
