Megger's new S1 series insulation resistance testing includes a 5 kV model S1-568 and a 10 kV model S1-1068. These instruments are specifically designed and developed for power systems and maintenance companies in the production, transportation, and distribution of electricity. *The charging speed, strong resistance, and software filter make the MeggerS1 series the current DC insulation resistance tester on the market.
High efficiency is a prominent feature of the new S1 series, which comes with a fast charging battery and can be directly connected to an AC power source for use. The intuitive user interface enables operators to effortlessly remember the operation methods of the instrument. Two rotary switches and a large background light display that can simultaneously display multiple data make the operation of the instrument very simple. The operation of the instrument has high safety, and the safety of the 5 kV and 10 kV models meets the CAT IV 600 V standard and can be operated at a height of 3000 meters.
