What is aflatoxin:
Aflatoxin is the most toxic type of biotoxin found in contaminated agricultural products to date, and it is also a strong carcinogen. There are six main types of aflatoxins, among which aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) is the most toxic and harmful, classified as a highly toxic substance. A dose of 0.294mg/kg of AFB1 can cause acute poisoning and death in sensitive animals. Scientists have found aflatoxins in grains such as rice, peanuts, corn, and soybeans, as well as in oilseeds, dried fruits, seasonings, fermented products, traditional Chinese medicine, and feed, and even in various agricultural products and processed products such as alcohol.
