Overview of AMBIRAK Environmental Air Quality Monitoring System:
All equipment of the system is installed in a compact and movable cabinet, including analyzer modules, calibration modules, sampling systems, data loggers, paperless form recorders, communication systems, etc. The system can remotely obtain air quality data through a telephone line. The Ambirak system is controlled by a microprocessor, which extracts the output signal of the analyzer once per second. At the same time, the microprocessor can also monitor the system's error conditions and perform safety interlock functions. The collected data is averaged for 1 minute and saved in a dedicated bus controller. The bus controller can store all data collected within 24 hours and serves as a backup record. These one minute average data are then transmitted to the computer for long-term storage. The remote control function of Ambirak allows users to remotely control all system functions.

AMBIRAK is easy to use
The software of AMBIRAK environmental air quality monitoring system is developed based on Windows environment, and it can easily read the display data of all analyzers from the computer. Full control of the analyzer/module can be achieved through keyboard and mouse. The operator of the AMBIRAK system can easily view and control the functions of the AMBIRAK system without requiring professional knowledge of analytical instruments.
AMBIRAK has been fully certified by NETCEN
AMBIRAK has obtained technical accreditation from the UK National Centre for Environmental Technology (NETCEN) and a license to use the UK Urban Automatic Monitoring Network (AUN). AMBIRAK is the preferred product for the UK government to purchase AQM systems. All analysis modules of AMBIRAK comply with the technical specifications of the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
AMBIRAK is a system for managing production under the ISO9000 production standards. It has met the EU electromagnetic compatibility standards and passed CE certification. The software design of AMBIRAK system complies with BS PD2000/1 standard.
AMBIRAK is easy to maintain
The AMBIRAK environmental air quality monitoring system has a complete built-in diagnostic function, which can display diagnostic results on the screen and save the results on the computer hard drive. The Ambidesk software can perform pre-set maintenance tasks based on the system's diagnostic logs. By recording diagnostic status (such as airflow and air pressure, etc.), the system can provide a prompt indicating whether maintenance is required before equipment problems or data loss occur.
AMBIRAK's unique remote access feature allows users to achieve complete remote control of their system through modems and fixed telephone lines or mobile GSM networks. Users can remotely perform system calibration and other normal inspection items without having to go to the air quality monitoring station site.
All components that users need to regularly maintain, such as filters and gas scrubbers, are placed in separate compartments within the AMBIRAK system cabinet. This facilitates normal system maintenance without affecting the operation of the system.
AMBIRAK is easy to calibrate
The calibration of traditional AQM systems is very complex and time-consuming. The AMBIRAK environmental air quality monitoring system can automatically perform daily 'range checks'. It generates full-scale gas for range checking through internal permeation tubes (NO2/SO2) and ozone generators. Stricter calibration requires standard gas cylinders, which are manually calibrated with the assistance of computers. The entire calibration process is very clear and can be easily completed according to the operating instructions.
After system calibration, if the analyzer drifts, traditional AQM systems will use circuit automatic correction methods to ensure the validity of the data, and the operator will not notice the drift of the analyzer. But the AMBIRAK system adopts a unique solution: the AMBIRAK system has an independent "calibration file", and users can set the maximum allowable drift value. When the drift exceeds the maximum value, the data will be set as invalid and an alarm message will be issued.
AMBIRAK includes a computer built-in data logger
Traditional data loggers have limited capacity and can only record 15 minute average monitoring data over a few days. In the event of pollution, it is necessary to view more detailed monitoring data in order to investigate changes and trends in pollution over a short period of time. AMBIRAK can accurately record monitoring data with a mean of every minute, and can also convert it into mean data at 15 minute intervals or other time intervals. All the minute averages of the system can be saved in standard spreadsheet format on a computer for several years or more (depending on the hard drive capacity), and the data can also be downloaded to other computers at any time.
The LCD display screen of traditional data loggers is limited by the number of lines on the screen. AMBIRAK can display recorded data in full screen under the Windows operating system and convey all information to users in a simple and clear format. Traditional data loggers typically require an expensive RAM card reader to transfer data from the logger to other media, while the AMBIRAK ambient air quality monitoring system's data logger is PC based and can easily obtain data using devices such as floppy disks, USB drives, and CDs.
AMBIRAK built-in paperless chart recorder
For auditing or data security purposes, traditional AQM systems require chart recorders to record data. The AMBIRAK system is equipped with a paperless chart recorder, which can display daily information in chart form on the computer screen and can be freely scrolled and zoomed in for viewing. Unlike chart recorders that use paper, which may cause errors during the drawing process, AMBIRAK can easily obtain accurate recording data of the average value per minute without any paper or other consumption costs.
AMBIRAK has a very small volume
The volume of an AMBIRAK cabinet for monitoring four gases (CO, O3, NOx, SO2) is only 1m x 0.7m x 0.6m (height x depth x width). The compact structural design of AMBRIAK makes it easy for users to find a suitable installation location.
AMBIRAK does not have condensation issues
In certain regions, especially tropical areas, high temperature and high humidity environments can cause gas condensation. For example, at 35 ℃ and 90% relative humidity, the sampled gas condenses 5% moisture in the analysis environment at 25 ℃, which seriously affects the integrity of the sample gas and the reliability of the system. The traditional AQM system uses heating tubes with dehumidification, but some of the polluted gases may dissolve in the condensed water, resulting in incorrect monitoring results or condensation inside the analyzer. The AMBIRAK system arranges the gas pipeline and analysis module in separate analysis component compartments and heats them up to 40 ℃, arranges the circuit board and air pump components in another separate compartment, and maintains the temperature at 25 ℃. This method avoids the occurrence of condensation and provides the best operating environment for all component modules.
