Product Introduction

5XZCThe series of air screen cleaning machines mainly rely on vertical air screens and vibrating screens to complete the sorting function. It achieves separation by adjusting the airflow speed based on the aerodynamic characteristics of the seeds and the different critical velocities of the seeds and impurities. The lighter impurities are sucked into the dust collector for centralized discharge, while the better seeds enter the vibrating screen after passing through the air screen. The vibrating screen can discharge large impurities, small impurities, and selected seeds separately (it can also provide a series of products with four or multiple layers of screening boxes, and the cleaning and grading can be completed in one go). The sorting principle of a vibrating screen is determined based on the geometric size characteristics of the seeds. Different types and varieties of seeds require the selection and replacement of sieve pieces with different aperture sizes to meet the requirements of sorting and grading.
