The 5XZ-5A specific gravity selection machine is suitable for the selection of various grains such as wheat, corn, rice, barley, beans, sorghum, and vegetable seeds. It can remove moldy and spoiled grains, insect infested grains, black flour disease grains, spoiled grains, sprouted grains, grains with husks, as well as light and partially heavy impurities. After selection, the thousand grain weight, germination rate, cleanliness, and uniformity of the seeds are significantly improved. If grains undergo preliminary selection and grading before selection, the selection machine will achieve better sorting results.
This machine utilizes the combined effect of airflow and vibration friction on materials. Materials with higher specific gravity settle to the bottom layer and move upwards against the sieve surface, while materials with lower specific gravity are suspended on the surface of the material layer and flow downwards to achieve the purpose of specific gravity separation. The supporting equipment of this machine includes a bucket elevator and a return conveyor. The elevator is used to feed the material into the selection machine, and the return conveyor is used to transport the mixed material to the elevator for secondary selection.
This series of selection machines is mainly suitable for seed departments, breeding departments, and grain processing and processing departments at all levels.
