working principle

The 5XFS series air screen cleaning machine consists of five parts: an ultra-low speed crusher free elevator, an environmentally friendly dust collector, a closed rotary ash discharge valve, a vertical air screen, and a vibrating classification screen. The material enters the bulk bin through the elevator and is evenly dispersed into the vertical air screen. The material is separated into light impurities under the action of wind. The light impurities are filtered by the cyclone dust collector and discharged through the rotary ash discharge valve. The remaining materials enter the screen box, and precision punching screens of different sizes are adjusted according to the external dimensions of the material to remove large and small impurities. At the same time, the finished product is divided into large, medium, and small particles by increasing or decreasing the number of screen layers.
