Product Features
(1) This flow sensor adopts ultrasonic flow sensing method. Accurate measurement, not affected by rust in water and external magnetic field interference, suitable for Chinese water quality. The shell is forged by hard molds, processed by CNC machine tools and combination machine tools, with good mechanical strength and high dimensional accuracy. Ensuring the stability and accuracy of the product's long-term operation.

(3) It has self diagnosis, fault display, and power-off data protection functions. When the ultrasonic water meter accidentally malfunctions, it displays a fault code and automatically saves the current data.
(4) Adopting LCD display, displaying complete and accurate data, and reading data conveniently and quickly.

4. Display content
(1) In the main display function, press the button for 6 seconds to enter each sub display function

5. Data storage: Accumulated traffic, historical data, fault information, and accumulated working time are written to internal flash memory every 24 hours, and power-off status data is saved for more than 10 years. Automatically record the cumulative traffic of the current month at the end of the month, and save the monthly cumulative traffic of 18 months of historical data.
6. Installation and use:
(1) The selection of specifications for ultrasonic water meters should be based on the actual flow rate of the pipeline being equal to or slightly lower than the commonly used flow rate of ultrasonic water meters, and the diameter of the ultrasonic water meter should not be determined solely by the diameter of the pipeline.
(2) During installation, the direction of the arrow on the watch case is the same as the direction of the water flow.
(3) After installation, lead seals should be applied between the ultrasonic water meter body and the connecting nut, as well as between the temperature measuring ball valve and the temperature sensor.
(4) All components of the ultrasonic water meter (flow meter components, temperature sensor components, and calculator components) should be installed in positions that avoid exposure to sunlight Water flooding Frozen Chemical pollution, and convenient disassembly and meter reading.
(5) Users can refer to the installation diagram.
(6) During the construction of the water supply system, a straight pipe section should be installed first to replace the ultrasonic water meter for pipeline cleaning. Before installation, the system pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned to remove debris such as hemp fibers and sand from the branch pipes, in order to avoid flowmeter failure; When using, the filter should be cleaned regularly (recommended once a year) according to the water quality to remove debris. It is recommended to leave a 5DN straight pipe section in front of the meter and a 3DN straight pipe section behind the meter (DN is the nominal diameter of the ultrasonic water meter).
(7) If the operation time of the ultrasonic water meter reaches 8 years (2 calibration cycles) or the display screen shows a battery alarm symbol, specialized technicians should replace the battery to avoid affecting the normal operation of the ultrasonic water meter.
