Evaporation is the physical process of transforming liquid into gas. Generally speaking, an evaporator is an object that converts liquid substances into gas. There are a large number of evaporators in industry, among which the evaporator used in refrigeration systems is one of them. The evaporator is an important component among the four major refrigeration parts. Low temperature condensed liquid passes through the evaporator, exchanges heat with the outside air, vaporizes and absorbs heat, achieving the cooling effect. Check the oil level in the suspension body oil storage chamber and control it at a position of about 2 millimeters above the oil level gauge line. Check if the direction of rotation of the motor is correct, and reverse rotation is strictly prohibited. Turning the coupling by hand should feel easy and evenly weighted. Regularly check the temperature rise of the pump and motor during operation, and the temperature rise of the bearings should not exceed 75 degrees Celsius. Pay attention to the changes in the oil level in the suspension body oil storage chamber, and regularly control it within the specified range. In order to maintain the cleanliness and good lubrication of the oil, it is necessary to regularly replace it with new oil according to the actual situation of on-site use. During operation, if abnormal sounds or other malfunctions are detected, the vehicle should be stopped immediately for inspection. Only after the malfunction is resolved can it continue to operate. Below is a case of water ingress in a cold storage system: Fault phenomenon: The low-temperature system in the cold storage is equipped with heat recovery. In winter, in order to prevent low condensation pressure, the inlet, outlet, inlet, and return of heat recovery were closed. Shortly after opening the water and air valves in March, water droplets and mist were found on the sight glass of the unit's liquid storage tank. It was then realized that there was a leak in the heat exchanger and all valves were immediately closed. Reason for the problem: After on-site analysis and dismantling inspection of the heat exchanger, the reason is that the water inside the heat exchanger was not completely drained (possibly related to internal dirt). Resulting in the failure to completely drain the water in the lower half of the heat exchanger. The water that has not been released from the lower half of the exchanger freezes in winter, causing the copper pipes inside the exchanger to swell and crack. When the heat exchanger is in use, moisture enters the refrigeration system. The evaporator is mainly composed of two parts: the heating chamber and the evaporation chamber. The heating chamber provides the heat required for evaporation to the liquid, promoting boiling and vaporization of the liquid; The evaporation chamber separates the gas and liquid phases.
