Title: 3K/4K Series Standard Particles
Product Overview
3K/4K series standard particlesWelcome to inquire and purchase detailed product information!
DUKE polystyrene suspension 3K, 4K series from the United States
Use traceable size standards
Widely used for clean rooms and other pollution detection
Low level of background interference
3K/4K series standard particlesIt is a monodisperse polystyrene microsphere (PSL) suspension used in gas or liquid particle dispersion systems.
The product is packaged in 15ml dropper bottles, and each package includes a calibration certificate and a traceable testing certificate from the National Institute of Standards and Technology
Compared with the standard particles of the 3000 and 4000 series products, this series of products is obtained through precise dilution of these scale standards and has accurate particle size and particle counting. The ion concentration of each product is optimized to a concentration range suitable for direct use in calibrating particle counters, saving users the time-consuming and error prone concentration adjustment steps.
Product description
This series of products is traceable, with precise particle size and accurate particle count, providing convenient and precise tools for calibrating and quality controlling various laser particle counting instruments commonly used in clean rooms and pollution monitoring. The product is polystyrene (PSL) particles dispersed in aqueous media, which can be used in aqueous dispersion systems or dispersed in the gas phase through spray. The determination of particle size is based on the standard ruler of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in the United States, obtained through traceable metrology procedures. Particle dispersion media have ultra-low residual substances outside of particles to reduce background interference.

Duke 4009A 4000 series polymer microsphere size standard particles
Traceable metrology method for measuring scale, particle size range>1 μ m. Suitable for any application that requires NIST traceable scale standards with monodispersity. The scale of this series of products is strictly determined through traceable microscope measurement methods. The particle size distribution and uniformity were obtained through impedance analysis and optical microscopy analysis. The particles with a diameter of 1-160 μ m in the 4000 series products are made of polystyrene (PS); 200-650 ? The particles of m are made of styrene p-phenylene copolymer, 750 and 1000? The particles of m are made of polymethyl methacrylate.
Compared with irregularly shaped particles, using spherical particles can reduce the impact of particle shape on analytical instruments to a certain extent. Particles ranging from 1 μ m to 160 μ m are packaged in aqueous suspensions, and the particle concentrations for each product specification are determined through comprehensive optimization of dispersibility and colloidal stability. Particles larger than 200 μ m are packaged as dry powder. The density of this series of microspheres is 1.05g/cm3, and the refractive index is 1.59 (@ 589nm, 25 ℃)
Each product packaging includes a traceable calibration certificate, a product physical and chemical performance table, and a material specification document. The packaging also indicates the product batch number and technical service information.
