1、 Overview of all-weather explosion-proof flame retardant breathing valve:

ZFQ type all-weather explosion-proof flame retardant breathing valve. This product integrates a flame arrester and a breathing valve, and its innovative structure is unparalleled in China. It is a new type of safety equipment for petrochemical storage tanks, with its biggest advantages being good flame retardant breathing performance, light weight, and easy maintenance. This product is suitable for storing Class A oil products with an internal temperature below 28 ℃ and Class B oil products with a flash point below 60 ℃, such as gasoline, benzene, toluene, kerosene, light diesel, engine oil, crude oil and other oil products, as well as chemical product storage tanks with the same properties. It works normally in a temperature environment of -35 ℃ -60 ℃.

Maintenance and upkeep:

For the safe use of the breathing valve, the corrugated fire-resistant layer should be removed and cleaned regularly within 3-6 months to ensure that each hole on the fire-resistant layer is unobstructed, prevent blockage, and ensure safe and normal use.
Regularly check whether the positive and negative valve discs of the ventilation system operate flexibly, and whether the sealing surface of the guide rod and valve disc is damaged. If there is any damage, it should be replaced immediately.
When inspecting, maintaining, and reinstalling, it should be ensured that the joint surfaces inside the valve are tightly matched and the valve disc can be raised and lowered flexibly.
When using a new valve, the shock absorber between the valve discs should be removed before installation, otherwise the breathing valve will malfunction.
