1、 Operational convenience;

2、 Structural practicality;

1. The heating furnace consists of two parts, the upper part of which can be flipped back 110 ° as a whole for easy access and observation of experimental materials. The furnace material is made of high-quality polycrystalline mullite fiber vacuum adsorption, which saves 50% energy and has a uniform temperature field. The electric heating element adopts high resistance high-quality alloy wire 0Cr27Al7Mo2.

2. The sealing flange adopts double ring sealing technology, effectively improving the air tightness at both ends of the furnace tube. The gas path has a micro adjustable function for inlet and outlet gas.

3. Two end gas path brackets support the gas path device. Effectively eliminating the stress on the gas circuit assembly itself and preventing damage to the furnace tube caused by its own stress.

4. Advanced air insulation technology combined with thermal induction technology, when the surface temperature of the furnace reaches 50 ℃, the exhaust fan will automatically start, rapidly cooling the surface of the furnace.

3、 Safety of use;

1. The furnace is equipped with an automatic power-off function, which automatically shuts off power when the furnace door is opened.

2. Overtemperature protection function, automatically shuts off and alarms when the temperature exceeds the allowed set value.

3. Leakage protection function, automatically shuts off when the furnace body leaks electricity. The above functions ensure the safety of use.

4、 Intelligent control;

1. The temperature control system of the electric furnace adopts artificial intelligence regulation technology, which has PID regulation, fuzzy control, self-tuning functions, and can be programmed with various temperature rise and fall programs.

2. The domestic program temperature control system can edit 50 segments of program temperature control, while the imported program temperature control system can edit 40 segments of program temperature control.

3. The electric furnace is equipped with a 485 conversion interface, which can be optionally connected to a computer using professional software. Complete remote control, real-time tracking, historical recording, output report and other functions with a single or up to 200 electric furnaces.

5、 Surrounding expandability;

1. Vacuum control system. Through various vacuum control systems, samples can be tested in low, medium, and high vacuum environments.

2. Gas flow control system. Adjust the intake air volume through a float or mass flow controller to meet the experimental requirements of users under different reaction atmospheres or protective atmospheres.
