Overview

The SG-G10123 crucible electric furnace system operates on a periodic basis, using 0Cr27AIMO2 iron chromium aluminum cold drawn alloy wire as the heating element. The temperature inside the furnace can reach 1200 ℃. The furnace adopts TY ceramic fiber board with low thermal conductivity and low heat storage capacity, which has fast heating and uniform furnace temperature. If full power heating is used, the temperature inside the furnace can reach 1200 ℃ in 25 minutes.

The SG-G10123 crucible electric furnace system operates on a periodic basis, using 0Cr27AIMO2 iron chromium aluminum cold drawn alloy wire as the heating element. The temperature inside the furnace can reach 1200 ℃. The furnace adopts TY ceramic fiber board with low thermal conductivity and low heat storage capacity, which has fast heating and uniform furnace temperature. If full power heating is used, the temperature inside the furnace can reach 1200 ℃ in 25 minutes. The temperature control system adopts single-chip microprocessor technology to measure, display, and control the temperature inside the furnace, and automatically maintain a constant temperature inside the furnace.

The electrical control system adopts contactless thyristor modules, which improves the control quality of the resistance furnace. The protection system adopts dual protection measures of overtemperature protection and leakage protection. Overtemperature protection can ensure that the power supply to the heating element is automatically cut off when the executing element fails or the furnace temperature cannot be controlled; Leakage protection can ensure that the main power supply of the equipment is automatically cut off in the event of a malfunction in the electric furnace, and dual protection provides a reliable guarantee for the safe use of users.

The electric furnace is a furnace control integrated type. The upper part of the electric furnace is composed of an inner and outer furnace shell and a furnace door. The inner furnace shell is equipped with a fiber furnace, and there is an air insulation layer between the inner and outer furnace shells. The front and rear sides of the furnace shell can be disassembled for installation and maintenance of the furnace. There is also a thermocouple installed at the rear of the electric furnace to measure the temperature inside the furnace. The lower part of the electric furnace is the control box, and the front panel of the control box is equipped with temperature controllers, ammeters, heating on/off buttons, etc. The control box contains temperature control, electrical control and other components.
