1. The steel wire ropes on the QPQ hand cranked hoist drum should be arranged neatly. If overlapping or skewed winding is found, the machine should be stopped and rearranged. It is strictly prohibited to use hands or feet to pull or step on the steel wire rope during rotation.
2. The steel wire rope of the QPQ hand cranked hoist must not be fully released, and at least three turns of the steel wire rope must be retained. The steel wire rope shall not be knotted or twisted. If the breakage exceeds 10% within one pitch, it should be replaced. No one is allowed to cross the steel wire rope, and after the object is lifted, the operator must not leave the hoist. During rest, objects or hanging cages should be lowered to the ground.
3. The operator of the QPQ hand cranked hoist should maintain good visibility with the lifted object, and the driver and signalman should closely cooperate and obey the unified command of the signal. In case of power outage, the power should be cut off and the lifting object should be lowered to the ground before leaving.
