NP-2032 is XinzhibiologyA product launched based on the demand for large-scale clinical gene analysis*This machine adopts magnetic bead separation technology to separate and purify nucleic acids from multiple sources of samples (such as blood, animal and plant tissues, and cells) according to the selected reagent kit. The entire instrument has stable performance, low noise, automated and fast operation, and can purify 32 samples simultaneously. It is a powerful "assistant" for clinical genetic testing and molecular biology laboratory research disciplines.

working principle

Using the magnetic rod on the magnetic rod holder inside the machine, move the magnetic beads adsorbed with nucleic acid to different reagent tanks. Then, use the magnetic rod sleeve on the outer layer of the magnetic rod to repeatedly move up and down and stir the liquid, mix evenly, and after cell lysis, nucleic acid adsorption, cleaning, and elution, pure nucleic acid is finally obtained.
