　　*Working principle of plastic crusher:

The basic principle is to drive the cutter head by a spindle equipped with precision bearings. Under the drive of the cutter head, the moving blade rotates at high speed and is tangent to the fixed blade, causing strong collision and grinding of the incoming material into powder. Through the combination of air and water cooling, the material crushing temperature is effectively controlled to ensure that the quality of the crushed material does not change. In the configuration of automatic feeding, automatic discharging, and automatic sorting systems, the labor intensity is greatly reduced. The entire grinding process is fully enclosed, with no dust leakage. During material replacement and cleaning, only the door cover needs to be opened for maintenance. This machine is mainly used in the material products industry such as PVC, PP, PE, TPR, and halogen-free materials, including automatic recycling and conveying for immediate use and bagging recycling. Two types of recycling devices can be equipped and selected according to production needs. The material to be crushed is centrally crushed between a fixed and high-speed rotating crushing chamber, which has a centrifugal effect. The plastic material is automatically transported from the machine through a conveying and recycling pipe, and then proportioned by a proportional valve. The entire recycling process only takes 30 seconds. The crushed material is transported to the hopper and immediately automatically mixed and utilized.

　　*Precautions before using the plastic crusher:

1. Coal, gangue, debris, and coal dust from electric motors and reducers near the machine head must be cleaned and cleared;

2. The overlap between the head of the scraper conveyor on the working face and the tail of the transfer machine should be appropriate;
