Say goodbye to marine pollution and build a new era of marine economy together
As a maritime power, China has vast sea areas, long coastlines, numerous islands, abundant resources, and diverse ecosystems. General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that the protection of marine ecological environment plays a crucial role in the construction of ecological civilization and the building of a beautiful China. We need to accelerate the construction of a maritime power, strengthen the protection of the marine ecological environment, prevent and control pollution damage, ensure ecological security and public health, promote sustainable economic and social development, and achieve harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
In order to further boost the vigorous development of China's marine environment monitoring and pollution control industry, with the support of the National Marine Environment Monitoring Center, the Institute of Oceanography of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Marine Ecological Environment Division of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Ecological Environment, the Shanghai Environmental Protection Industry Association, the National Marine Technology Center, the National Satellite Marine Application Center and other relevant units, the "2026 Shanghai International Marine Environment Monitoring and Pollution Control Exhibition and Forum" will be held at the same time as the 27th China Environment Expo held in Shanghai New International from April 13 to 15, 2026, and industry colleagues are sincerely invited to participate!
