2、 Activity Introduction
In order to deeply implement the strategy of building a strong transportation country, promote the development of new quality productivity in the port industry, and build an efficient, green, and intelligent new ecology of the port supply chain, jointly organized by Hebei Port Group Co., Ltd. and Hebei Port Association, and in conjunction with eight provincial (municipal) port (shipping) associations in Tianjin, Shandong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, and Chongqing, the "2026 Nine Provincial (Municipal) Port (Shipping) Association (Hebei) Joint Conference" is scheduled to be held in Tangshan, Hebei Province from September 15 to 17, 2026.
The theme of this conference is "New Era, New Starting Point, New Action - Building a New Quality and Productivity Development New Ecology for Ports", focusing on three core directions: full process automation of ports, intelligent perception and scheduling, and green and low-carbon technology. (II)Forum fee standard:
1. Speech fee for the main forum: 50000 yuan/20 minutes;
2. Forum participation standard: Member units pay 1600 yuan per session; Non member units charge 2600 yuan per session; The cost includes conference expenses, material expenses, and meal expenses during the conference, but does not include accommodation and transportation expenses.

The booth arrangement of exhibiting companies follows the principle of "first registration, first payment, first arrangement", and the remaining balance should be paid in full three weeks before the meeting. Otherwise, the organizer will consider it as giving up the exhibition and no longer reserve the booth.
