2026 International Conference on Human Factors Engineering and Intelligent Systems Interaction

In the era of artificial intelligence, in order to further promote the development of China's human factors engineering discipline, strengthen the exchange of key research projects and international academic exchanges, explore the interaction of intelligent systems in the era of artificial intelligence, cultivate new quality productivity, and help the economy and society develop faster and better, Tsinghua University will hold the 2024 and 2025 International Conferences on Human Factors Engineering and Intelligent System Interaction in Shenzhen and Beijing respectively in 2024 and 2025. This conference will host conference reports from academic and industry authoritative experts, multiple themed sub forums, poster displays, as well as exhibitions of related technologies and equipment. Friends and peers from all walks of life are welcome to reserve time to participate in this conference. The highlights of this international conference are as follows:

　　Highlight 1- International representativeness and authority:This conference has invited Professor Andrew Thatcher, President of the International Association of Ergonomics (IEA), some IEA committee chairs, chairs or representatives of multiple technical committees (TCs) of IEA, and representatives from Hong Kong and Taiwan to attend. They serve as chairs, vice chairs, and members of the academic committee, guiding the academic forefront of the conference together with domestic chairs, vice chairs, and members. This conference has invited several editors and former editors of internationally renowned academic journals in the field of engineering, including Ergonomics, International Journal of Industrial Ergonomics, and Accident Analysis&Prevention. They will deliver conference reports, serve as members of the Honorary Advisory Committee, and organize specialized academic publishing seminars to recruit high-level paper reviewers.

4Conference submission

The conference cordially invites scholars from around the world to submit original and unpublished research papers, focusing on but not limited to the fields of human factors engineering and intelligent system interaction and related applications.

(1) All Chinese and English full-text submissions (limited to 5000-8000 words) will undergo strict international peer review. The selected authors will be arranged to exchange ideas and receive comments from domestic and foreign peer experts at a special seminar during the conference. Excellent papers will have the opportunity to be published in well-known academic journals after being revised and improved.

(2) You can also submit a long abstract of the communication results (not exceeding 800 English words or 500 Chinese characters), which will not participate in the excellent paper selection. After the selection, it will be communicated or posted for display in the bilingual venue.
