1. Fill out the "Exhibition Application Form (Contract)", stamp it with the official seal, scan and send it to the organizing committee. After the organizing committee's review and confirmation, they will return the stamped "Exhibition Application Form (Contract)" and notify the payment date to the exhibitors.

2. Payment and booth locking: Exhibitors are required to make payments as stipulated in the contract. The allocation of booths follows the principle of "apply first, pay first, arrange first". Full payment is a prerequisite for ensuring the final confirmation of the booth.

About one month before the event, the organizing committee will send an electronic version of the "Exhibitor Handbook" to exhibitors, which includes detailed information such as registration, exhibition setup, logistics, and accommodation.
